Uganda’s four time presidential candidate Col Kiza Besigye has been reported missing , according to the Uganda’s daily news paper , Besigye was last seen last week on Saturday late in the evening at an apartment complex on Riverside drive in the Westlands of the Kenyan Capital city Nairobi that he had gone to meet a yet to be identified person.
